Exhibit at the 2025 Tri-Valley Innovation Fair!
Help us create an amazing event by showcasing your passion for science, engineering, and technology. Bring engaging activities and fun demonstrations to families in our community. Tell the story of your organization and inspire the next generation of innovators.
Quest Science Center is seeking 80+ exhibitors from across the Bay Area to engage with the 4000+ attendees at the event. Exhibitors receive a 10’x10′ booth space based on three categories:
- Companies and businesses: $500 for one booth
- Non-profits, community organizations, universities: $75 for one booth
(if fee is prohibitive, special accommodations may be available) - K-12 public schools: one free booth
(includes school based student groups and clubs)
Each booth includes a 8′ skirted table and 2 chairs. Additional booths are available for $400 each, up to 4 booths per organization. Each reserved booth space comes with one free parking pass. Event sponsors will receive booths, parking, and other benefits based on their sponsorship agreement.
Please review the full Exhibitor Guidelines for more participation details. Quest Science Center staff is available for planning and activity design support as needed. Note that we do not take individual student projects and this is a public event for the community, not a trade fair or science fair.

Location
The Tri-Valley Innovation Fair will take place in the newly remodeled Court of Four Seasons in buildings O, P, Q, and R, and the outdoor spaces around the buildings.
