Exhibit at the 2023 Tri-Valley Innovation Fair!

Help us create an amazing event with fun activities, demonstrations, and games for families across the region.  Showcase your passion for science, engineering, and technology.  Tell the story of your organization and inspire the next generation of innovators.

We are seeking 80+ exhibitors from across the Bay Area to engage with the 5000+ attendees at the event.  Exhibitors receive a 10’x10′ booth space based on three catagories:

  • Companies/Businesses:  $500 for one booth
  • Non-profits, Community Organizations, Universities:  $50 for one booth
    (if fee is prohibitive, special accommodations are available)
  • Public Schools and Student Groups/Clubs:  one free booth

Each booth includes a 8′ skirted table and 2 chairs.  Additional booths are available for $400 each, up to 4 booths per organization.  Each reserved booth space comes with one free parking pass.  Event sponsors will receive booths, parking, and other benefits based on their sponsorship agreement.

Please review the full Exhibitor Guidelines for more participation details.  Quest Science Center staff is available for planning and activity design support as needed.   Note that we do not take individual student projects.
